We are full service commercial real estate firms, licensed in both Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage. We provide property marketing and listing services, valuation and management services, site acquisition and disposition services, transaction management, corporate and tenant/buyer representation and placement of debt and equity for commercial real estate. From time to time, we offer carefully selected investment opportunities consisting of limited partnership shares and joint ventures. Ted has facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions for our clients, and althouth he cannot personally handle every transaction for our firm, we have qualified associates working under his guidance: He is closely involved in every transaction we facilitate.
Financial consulting and mergers and acquisition services are provided by Senior Vice President Jane Malkin. Her job experience prior to joining us included facilitating mergers and acquisitions for Rexall Sundown and Mergers & Aquisition consultancy at Ernst and Young, where she helped develop the systems for their M and A consultancy division. Jane has also done project management and sytems integration for CSL Behring and as a Director for Norwegian Cruise Lines. Although Jane has consulted for and advised some of the largest publicly held corporations in the world, SEC regulations will not allow us to list many of her past accomplishments. Rest assured, she is highly skilled in analyzing your real estate operating requirements and identifying synergies in the business Brokerage arena.

Our goal will never be growth for the sake of growth.... Our goal is to service our clients by providing professional, personal service, at the absolute highest level of competency. We strive to be trusted advisors, and will only interact with our clients in a full fiduciary capacity. Many commissioned Brokers represent "the deal". Not us. We know who we represent, and that's the client. If we don't have the answers or solutions our clients require, we will find them, or refer the requirement to one of our trusted channel partners. Transactional agency relationships will never be allowed, and assignments that fail to provide for a full fiduciary agency relationship with our clients will not be accepted by our firm. We strive for excellence in all that we do.
Though we are located in Sunny South Florida, our affiliations through SIOR, CCIM, RECS and other fine organizations allow us to service your needs throughout the United States, and the world. Ted, and Jane have worked as Brokers and Senior Consultants with some of the largest real estate firms in the world. We prefer close interaction with our clients, and they appreciate the personal services we offer, as opposed to the mediocrity of the large corporate real estate entities that pervade our industry. According to Ted, "I've been an investor, Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, buyer, seller, company President, tenant and landlord. This gives me a unique perspective, as most Brokers have never actually run their own "bricks and mortar" business.
